Ben Howard is one of two founding members of VincentBenjamin. Raised in the United Kingdom, Ben started his career in London, England with Goldman Sachs
& Co before relocating to California to join a newly acquired unit of Korn/Ferry International as Director of West Coast Business Development. In addition to
managing the company’s overall operations, he is responsible for conducting finance and accounting searches.
Ben has been conducting specialized recruitment since 2000 and has assisted hundreds of companies achieve their hiring objectives. Prior to VincentBenjamin, Ben was with an S&P 500 specialized recruitment company where he focused on direct-hire search for senior finance and accounting professionals and was
recognized on multiple occasions as one of the highest global producers.
Vince Dorazio is one of two founding members of VincentBenjamin. Vince started his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young in Phoenix, AZ before joining a
start-up technology company in Scottsdale, AZ to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis operations. In addition to managing the company’s overall operations,
he is responsible for conducting finance and accounting searches.
Prior to VincentBenjamin, Vince was an international top producer with an S&P 500 specialized recruitment company where he focused on direct-hire search
for senior finance and accounting professionals. Vince has been recruiting in the finance and accounting field since 2003 and has partnered with hundreds of
