The initial client interview is conducted with several key objectives in mind:
- To understand the client’s organization, history, culture, market position and hiring objectives.
- To understand and clearly define the open position including preparation of a screening list of desired experiences, qualifications, and personal attributes required for the position.
- To obtain the necessary information for delivery of effective presentation of the opportunity to prospective candidates.
By leveraging an extensive network of business contacts, the recruiting team will immediately begin to identify AND attract viable candidates to consider the
client’s opportunity.
All candidates are carefully interviewed and introduced if they are appropriately qualified, genuinely interested and meet other critical requirements in regard to timing, salary and location.
Reference checks on the finalist candidate(s) will be conducted according the clients preferred method.
The team will work with the client and mediate between the client and candidate where necessary to ensure smooth offer letter negotiations.
The team will guide and advise the candidate through the resignation process and maintain contact and support to ensure a smooth transition into the client’s
organization.
