Hours: M-F 8-5 (flexible to start as early as 7am) 100% remote, MUST BE vaccinated and will be required to come to the office for management meetings (approx 5 times a year)

Reports to: Director of AP

- proven supervisory experience required
- large co. and large ERP system experience required
- able to influence, motivate, delegate, and be hands is required
- 5+ years of overall AP experience required
- 1+ year of supervisor or management experience. Open to looking at a lead as long as they have had direct reports.
Position Summary:
This position will supervise a team of 6 to 10 Accounts Payable Specialists in a fast pace, high volume environment. Ensure accurate, timely data entry processing in compliance with company policies and procedures. Position reports directly to Accounts Payable Manager.
