Job Title: Audio Visual Service Engineer or Service Engineer
Contract Length: 6+ month contract to hire

Overview of the Project/ Details:
The AV Service Engineer will assist in the testing, troubleshooting and break fix of audio-visual projects.? Audio Visual Service Engineers provide excellent customer service and expertise as they efficiently resolve customer issues in a timely and customer friendly manner.

Day to Day:
- Modify code for DSP systems
- Assess, troubleshoot and repair all conference rooms
- Identify system bugs to programmer/Senior Support Engineer
- Make recommendations to project Manager and customer on design/scope issues
- Make minor programming changes under the direction of an engineer or programmer
- Fine tune audio video systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting for AMX/Crestron, DSP and network systems
Required Skills & Technologies:
- Crestron
- Extron
- Biamp
- Can troubleshoot and train, DMPS boardroom rooms
- Can identify system bugs to programmer/Senior Service Engineer
- Basic understanding of AV solutions
- Proficient in programming, QA/QC
REQUIRED Certifications:

- CTS or able to attain in 9 months
- QSC – Qsys Level 1
- Dante Level 1

- Understanding of AV solutions
- Can fix any programming bugs and issues with only direction from programming
Required Certifications
- Crestron P201
- Harman programming associate
- Dante 2 and 3
- Q-sys level 2
Nice to Have: All level 2 certifications
